POLITICAL CORRECTNESS IS BULLSHIT

I am writing what it is everyone is thinking. Political correctness is total bullshit no matter how you cut it. I think that the idea has become so big in society today that we have lost sight of the difference between being correct in expression and being ridiculous. It's one thing to be a racist, color your statements about things with ignorant remarks, and another to actually express your feelings without the feeling of boundaries cornering you. Today the PC bullshit has taken a turn for the insane in ways that are both amusing and annoying.

You can't refer to someone as a midget, or refer to a tall person in a way that may make fun of their height. The word ho is automatically associated with calling a female a prostitute. You can't say black out loud for fear that the mere mention of color may make someone mad. No one in this world is perfect and if you are not intentionally trying to offend a person I think society needs to have some fucking leniency. I don't understand why a person should be allowed to press assault charges if I tell them to go fuck themselves. Do you know that Ho is actually an acronym with several different meanings?

I am not saying that it's okay to insult people but I will say that if someone pushes the wrong buttons they deserve to be told exactly they can do regardless of race, creed, color or gender. I don't care if a catholic priest decides he wants to judge me because I can proceed to ask said priest why there are so many pedophiles at the helm of the church. I know you are wondering where this is coming from when I just wrote about the universal force of love.

I am honest enough and have enough common sense to distinguish between reality and serious bullshit. I am not saying for people to go out and act like total assholes I am just saying that common sense in expression is not something that should be hindered by the thought of overly sensitive people taking offense to every little statement made.

WHERE WE ARE GOING

Over the last few years there has been a proliferation of online degree programs. I remember ten years ago when I was finishing my BA there was talk of online programs. I heard about this and did not think much of it. Ever since that day I have seen the spurt of said programs and I have to say I am amazed. I think that education's future with very few exceptions is headed to the virtual classroom.

More and more people chose to work from an early age in order to make money and secure a stake in their lives. I think online education is a prime example of how society is oriented today. We stake a major part of our lives on the net. Now dating, friendships, and work all come from online connections.

It doesn't matter what people in a conventional world say we are all headed to a virtual universe and the sooner this is properly accepted the sooner the world can increase its effectiveness.

I GUESS McAFEE'S SOFTWARE IS OUT OF DATE

So John McAfee had some sort of heart attack while in police custody in Guatemala. I am not one to laugh at other people's misfortunes but really this has a bit of comedy in it. I say it has comedy in it provided you have a somewhat dark and twisted sense of humor.

McAfee was found on the floor of the "cottage" or holding area heis in while awaiting deportation to Belize. As of the last three or four weeks the software pioneer has been on the run because he is a person of interest in the murder of Gregory Faull. I think that McAfee really violated the principles of his creation on this one.

Over a 23 day period McAfee blogged and tweeted about his days on the run. I find this kind of ironic as it was his software that taught us never to leave our PCs opened to possible malware. The man that invented a form of security exposed himself like a streaker in a Manchester United football game. The stress must have really taken a toll on him as he was found on the floor silent and motionless.

I wonder if McAfee really comitted the murder or knows about how it went down. I hate to speculate as to how it may have gone down but I will anyway. I think it was a hot nigh in Belize and McAfee and Faull were playing a game of Dominoes and drinking delicious sambucas while splitting some wonderful cantinpalo chorizo cut to perfection. The two men were having a conversation when Faull's Iphone rang. When silencing the phone McAfee said "That phone is so gay." Faull responded to McAfee by saying " At least I don't need your shitty ripoff software in my mac." Enraged and full of hot sambuca McAfee decided to go ahead and strike Faull in the eye socket with an unusually sharp domino. Finding himself invincible in a moment of true hubris McAfee yelled "McAfee can protect you but no one protects you from McAfee."

Realizing what he had done Mcafee picked up his green tea pills, bloody domino, and laptop and immeadiately called for his trusty hang glider known in Belize as The Bonzo and glided into the safety of a cave where he then took refuge for two days where he carefully thought up a plan to go to Guatemala. While on hte run he decided to light a firewall inside his house and blog like a madman. Everything was fine for McAfee until he got a "Your software is out of date message."

This is all humorous speculation but the truth of the matter is that McAfee is in the kind of situation that no one ever wants to be in. In his shoes I am sure that anyone else would want to die. Itwill be interesting to see how this whole situation pans out.
