CHRISTOPHER WALKEN FOR PRESIDENT

Yes I went there and I plan on buying real estate there too. I'm so sick about hearing about 2016, and every candidate interested in having a pissing contest for the grand prize of fucking the people. The truth is I've lost faith in people, the ones that call themselves leaders. If we were to go down the line and examine the words of politicians, we would get the blueprint of a lifelong popularity contest. Fuck them all!

I say let's have Christopher Walken run for President and be a different character each day in office. Let's make politics fun ( insert cliche here ).

JOHN KERRY, SECRETARY OF STATE AND SECRET SUPERHERO

You have to love John Kerry no matter what your political preference is. John Kerry is not an ordinary politician. When there is trouble on the floor of the United Nations Kerry turns into JK Man. JK man is strong like the Hulk, quick, not totally set on his positions like Superman, and in possession of a masculine square jaw. Kerry is not really going through despair in terms of negotiations for the end of Iran's nuclear program, he is simply letting think he is slightly desperate.

JK Man shall surface and use his super strength, Batman like deduction powers, Martian Manhunter Musculature, Green Lantern imagination, and Aquaman uselessness in order to try and craft a second failed bid for president in the year 2016. Iran shall be very surprised by the great JK Man and they shall end their program out of fear. The wrath of JK Man shall prevail!

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING?

I usually try to stay away from certain issues only because hot buttons tend to create animosity and I'm not all about that. Having said that let me ask: Who in the fuck does Charles Rangel think he is? Who in the fuck does Sheila Jackson Lee think she is? Why won't all these fucking republican and democrat whores shut the fuck up about one another and stop politicizing everything just so they can make a point.

A woman with postpartum depression and an apparent bi polar disorder ends up going of the deep end and that's the fault of republicans? What the hell? Is there nothing sacred anymore? The woman got shot because she was seen as some sort of threat and suddenly the big thing answer is " This was a cause of the lack of the republican action." I think politicizing someone's mental illness is the lowest form of shit.

I have a better idea, how about democrats and republicans stop pimping our economy like a garden variety whore and do their jobs. Miriam Carey was a mentally unstable person and as a result of her problems she ended up making a mistake that would cost her her life and almost cost her her 18 month old's life. Please, don't use this as yet another manner of finger pointing, all of do need to shut the hell up and do your job.

CAN WE REALLY CALL THEM LEADERS?

I don't care if you are a democrat or a republican because we live in a free country. I'm bound by our constitution and the freedom of speech, choice, and so on, to respect your ideals. I don't have a side but I do have an observation about both sides. If you are a republican or a democrat and feel sensitive then please stop reading now.

I turn my TV on and all I hear is republicans blaming democrats and vice versa. Every politician with high hopes is getting their name out there in hopes that either the mid term elections or 2016 will be their breakout period. Let's not talk about sides, let's treat this in a more general manner so we can better appraise what's happening.

We put our futures in the hands of men and women that, although well educated, are as flawed as we are. These men and women reach a point where their nature is to assume that they as singular beings know better than every one of their constituents. While most of the time these men and women are well educated, that doesn't mean that they are beyond our reproach or better than us. While society needs a specific order and manner of law, that law and that order needs to be established with the interests of the people in mind.

It's true that 300 million Americans cannot individually agree on anything, other than their right to disagree. I think that one thing we can agree on is the fact that our "leaders" can't step outside of their fragile egos and do what's right. The root of this battle is Obamacare, whether you are for it or against it is irrelevant, at the moment anyway.

You have elected officials hurting the economy, the country's standing, and the well being of the average citizen because " they know what's best." The truth is that whatever our founding fathers spoke of ,when they banded together against an imperialist empire, has evaporated. Today the government does not stand for the cause of its citizens, it simply stands for whatever keeps key figures in power.

Republicans want to be seen as the guardians of value, the keepers of America's coffers. To house republicans it is vital to strike out against Obama's signature law. On the flip side, Democrats want to be  seen as the merry thieves of Sherwood Forrest. What we have are a couple of groups shooting toward opposite extremes and not giving a care about how badly this is stressing the middle. The government did not need to close over this disagreement and that's an undeniable truth, regardless of political proclivity.

It doesn't matter if you agree with the healthcare law or not, this is a game of hide and seek with the economy. I'm not saying that republicans needed to cave, nor that democrats needed to cave. I am stating that both sides should have agreed to serious talks with regards to keeping the government open and not holding the population hostage. The big concern now is the debt celling and how that particular issue will be affected, truthfully that's not really as big an issue though.

I think the bigger issue is the question of how we can make our "leaders" act less like gangsters at a mob pow wow and more like leaders. Until these "leaders" can change their tune, America will continue to look like a day care full of children with discipline problems.

KEEP IT IN PERSPECTIVE PEOPLE

So there is a big huge deal about the clown that wore the Obama mask in a rodeo. I can sort of understand how this would be disrespectful to the president but I think taking into race waters can be a stretch. This is what I think with respect to that, let's keep it in perspective. Not everyone in America is a democrat and not everyone voted for Obama. Obama's presidency has not been that effective, just like Bush's presidency nearly bankrupted the US.

The best chance that democrats had to pass comprehensive reform was with the senatorial super majority and that was wasted. The election was very narrow and it demonstrated that Romney and Obama were weighed as two necessary ills with one being the lesser of two evils. I understand that the whole " Who wants to see a bull run Obama down?" question was over the top but still, that's the way it goes.

The very normal voting majority is never very happy about how the country is run. Now unemployment is very high, housing values are down, and medical reform is questionable and never fully enforced. I am a democrat but I see this as the perspective of a very unhappy group of people. I don't see this as racism and neither should anyone else. Let' not take politics to black vs white in situations that don't call for it.

THE MYSTERY OF NICK BEEF

The long lingering mystery of Nick Beef has finally been solved. The mysterious dead man is actually some jackass that decided to buy the burial plot next to Lee Harvey Oswald's because it meant something to his history. I think it's ridiculous to do something like that in order to observe personal history. If I were Nick I would have purchased a paper or some sort of commemorative coin. This guy bought the grave next to Oswald's for a total of $167.50, in 1975, and put his stage name on there. Mr. Beef doesn't have any plans of being buried next to Oswald.

I think this is some morbid way to get attention, I don't care that he witnessed Kennedy's assassination in 1963. To me the sad thing is that he seems to identify with Oswald in some way, even if he won't admit it. If this "performer" attached importance to the actual event he would likely just write about it or talk about his early memory of that day. I think this is something of a tasteless way to get attention for yourself.

Can you imagine going to a party and meeting this guy? Hi I'm Nick Beef, alive in New York, dead in Texas, terrible lover to al my exes. To me this is ridiculous but we do live in a free country so to each their own.

HILLARY

I have been hearing a lot about Hillary Clinton making a run in 2016. I am not one to really go into politics often but I will say this, I think Hillary's chances are not as great as people make them out to be. Hillary Clinton is a brilliant woman and it's clear she was not a run of the mill first lady. I admire her 1994 push for a universal healthcare plan as well as her 7 year US senate run. I think Hillary is one of the great first ladies, proving that a difference can be made in that spot, beyond a symbolic diplomatic role.

I don't think that with her history of recent health issues, and the much publicized Benghazi issue, Hillary can really make a strong showing for herself. I do believe that the right time would have been in 2008, I believe she had far more experience than Obama and was better suited to handle the economy. I think another issue that will really cripple Hillary Clinton's chances in 2016 will be her age. The last three US presidents elected have all been under 55. This country has yet to openly accept the possibility of a female president.

I do think that republicans will face an uphill climb in 2016 simply because there is no visibly strong candidate out there. I will say this for republicans, 76' did not have a darker horse than Jimmy Carter and he beat Gerald Ford, granted that Ford was weakened by his pardon of Nixon as well as the loss of Nelson Rockefeller, who chose not to run on the Ford ticket. Right now 2016 will be determined by how the economy, job market, and healthcare legislation all look.

While I do think that a female president would help the US re-establish its credibility as the world's lead power, I am almost certain that it won't be Hillary. I could be wrong, however I don't care because in the end I don't think in terms of party lines, I think in terms of what's best, and lately nothing really seems to work.

THE A LA CARTE CABLE BILL

So I read online about John McCain's proposed a la carte cable service bill. I think that this proposed bill is a fantastic way to protect the consumer and also a great way to show media conglomerates that bullshit will not be tolerated. The cable industry is up in arms because they feel that they are being absolutely fair in charging close to two hundred dollars a month for their services. Cable providers are working under the impression that more is better but that's actually a lot of crap.

This bill is a clear example of someone with a position really trying to do something for the people. Republican or Democrat you have to commend the effort to step outside the scope of special interests and over the top capitalism. I think that McCains' bill will allow for a new weapon in terms of channels deciding they will charge a specific rate that will still make monthly cable bills astronomical.

I remember when I was a child growing up in the 80's, the regular subscription usually had  something close to thirty five channels and that was more than enough. Let's apply common sense for a minute here, do we really need over three or four hundred channels? Their are channels devoted to just playing music, they don't really even have programming. When I was a kid there was a device know as a radio that we used in order to listen to music.

I like McCain's approach to this bill, he is saying that not everyone wants a million channels that they do not watch. McCain is putting giants like Disney in their place by saying that if someone does not want ESPN, or The Disney Channel, they should not have to pay in order to be able watch ABC family. I think this bill is going to face stiff opposition only because there are a lot of people that are likely married or in debt to money from media conglomerates. I still hope that this is passed and that consumers are able to chose what they want. It's time we got a better deal than the one we have been getting.

Give them hell Senator, give them serious hell.

A NORTH AMERICAN UNION

I am sure everyone knows about the hypothetical union between the US, Mexico, and Canada. The union would be something similar to the EU and would yield a universal currency known as the Amero. This is something of a hot button issue that has had conspiracy theorists and anti- Bush individuals alike up in arms for a long time. Since the North American Union is hypothetical let's for a second look at what could be.

 The currency union happens and suddenly the peso is no longer worthless. The currency union happens and suddenly the US dollar is no more. I also imagine the implications of citizenship for Canadians and Mexicans alike. Mexicans would no longer face immigration issues because making a move would no longer be a life or death issue.  Those are all the pros, but what about the cons?

The cons are that I think given tensions over immigration and the enormous amount of ignorance in some portions of the US, it would create a major amount of discomfort. I think the reason why a North American Union would not work as effectively is simply because Mexico, the US, and Canada are three enormous countries with highly differing views on multiple issues. Ultimately the fact that so many people view power as something of a mysterious issue that is only understood by those that wield it, it would mean great civil unrest among three major nations.

I doubt that the North American Union will ever exist because honestly the geographical way of thinking is entirely too different in this part of the world. Still it's interesting to dig deeper into the concept and look at legitimately possible scenarios.

SENATORS AND PROSTITUTES

I don't want to dedicate much energy to this entry because honestly it's the same story with different players. An investigation has revealed some allegations of whore mongering on the part of Robert Melendez, a US Senator from New Jersey. This latest event is a clear example of why so may US citizens are jaded when it comes to politics. Politicians are con artists that never change their game, they just make it sleeker in order to be harder to catch. Senators and prostitutes are one hell of a combo, yay for our side! In some ways the more I read about this story the more it reminds me of the movie Striptease, this guy even looks like a dirty pervert.

Fucking guys grow up we don't pay you to whore around.

AND THE OPPONENT IS.............. GLENN BECK

I guess Glenn Beck was unhappy about no longer being a relevant figure so he decided to go ahead and enrage a significant portion of the population by referring to the WWE as " stupid wrestling people."  I assume o'l Glenn meant to say that the people in the WWE are unrefined and therefore would assume that characters imitating tea party members are giving the wrong impression about the tea party. It's clear to me that Glenn Beck knows nothing about scripted personalities and much less about storytelling for the purpose of entertainment. I took offense to this moron's comments because while I don't watch wrestling now I did use to watch it religiously as a kid.

The whole point of a wrestling storyline is to keep fans entertained. I remember back when I was about 12 the big storyline was Hulk Hogan, an all american icon, against Sergeant Slaughter who was billed as a turncoat Iraqi sympathizer. That story was controversial in some ways but it played to the American spirit of unity during times of war. I remember that I was proud of being a Hogan fan because I was on the side of good. I'd venture to say that while times have changed and wrestling has changed since those days there is one thing that hasn't changed and that is creating a storyline based on relevancy.

The relevant issue in society is politics and its hot button topics. It so happens that immigration is one of those issues that's hot. Glenn Beck refers to the WWE as stupid but I wonder if he understands that he is making himself look like the most ignorant of individuals. The fact is that he has given the storyline of two tea party like characters against a hispanic figure greater attention because it evoked a major response on his part. Glenn Beck has really made himself look like a moron that doesn't understand the first thing about television. Let me help Glenn understand what it is that he is doing to himself right now.

Glenn you got taken in by a story because it hit really close to home. You are fighting characters as opposed to actual people. The fact of the matter is that you are making your cause look pathetic in attempting to defend your position. What you have done here you stupid crybaby is enrage a likely significant portion of your audience and a far greater segment of the population. Not everyone follows FOX but a huge number of people around the world follows the WWE. Glenn Beck you can safely say you "marked out" like an idiot in a basement. In the end everyone can point at you and say there goes that stupid tea party mark commentator that can't really tell the difference between reality and an exaggeration of reality for the purpose of entertainment.

IN THE OPINION OF A FAT PILL POPPER

Rush Limbaugh is one of those guys that you just can't seem to get away from. Listening to this guy is like being stuck in a bathroom full of shit without a fan or a can of air freshener. Rush's latest brilliant move is to state that he is ashamed of America for the first time in his life. I think it's time someone made it clear to Rush that America has been ashamed of him since the day he came to prominence. Rush Limbaugh is like a bad imitation of Walter Winchell.

In the same vein as Winchell it's fair to say Rush spent no more than six years in school and that includes a good two or three years in the second grade. This fat fucker sits on that chair of his to spew venom without citing real fact. Rush's latest gripe is with federal spending and the current state of the economy. My question for Rush a simple one: What's your answer to the nation's problems? All this fucker does is attack and talk about conservative vs. republican without any real answers to the problems. I have a great idea, I think Rush should help be spreading some of the fortune he has amassed over the last several years to those less fortunate, especially those that look to him as a deity of sorts.

Does Rush remember that time he admitted he had an addiction Oxycontin? Some people claim his addiction was between 5,000 to 20,000 dollars per day. This is the guy that wants to serve as the voice of reason for America. The fat pill popper is not fit to look himself in the mirror let alone tell America that he is ashamed in order to serve as moral compass. I am not trying to pick sides here but the more I listen to what this fat idiot says the more I feel like developing some sort of contraption for flinging crap at high velocity.

Yes the economy is bad and yes it's necessary to take some sort of action to reign in spending but none of that will be resolved by listening to this fat asshole. Hey Rush please breathe, pop some pills and shut the fuck up.

I AM ALEX JONES AND I AM A BIG PIECE OF SHIT!

I can't stand Alex Jones because he is the reason why the whole of America looks like a bunch of fucking idiots. Alex Jones is an idiot that does not understand the need for anti depressants when people   suffer from mental illness. We do not need another idiot with a major platform taking the ignorant majority and telling them "We are being attacked."

No one said we need to take guns off the streets but there needs to be a line drawn somewhere in the sand. The truth of the matter is that the whole "I have a right to guns mentality" is what's making this debate on gun control nearly impossible. It doesn't help that a moron starts screaming that democracy is being raped when government actually decides to do it's job by debating the issue.

When innocent people die in a theatre or little kids pay the ultimate price in their school it's too damn much. I once met a person that bought her mentally unstable and violent son a T-22  rifle. I don't care how well backed we are by the 2nd amendment I would not buy an unstable kid a water gun let alone a T-22. It's a matter of keeping an open mind and looking at the statistics properly. This is not a republican or democrat issue so if you are going to get offended please stop reading and go get some fudge to drown your sorrows.

Yes it's true that guns don't kill people but stupid people with access to them do. If we do not educate the masses on gun control and how it's not an infringement upon our rights but rather an attempt at minimizing incidents like the one at Sandy Hook. Let's take shit like Alex Jones and his theories out of the equation and let's be civilized in finding a way to protect ourselves without killing each other.

HEALTH CARE IS INCREDIBLY COMPLICATED EVERYWHERE

I can't understand why there is such a complex situation regarding healthcare not just in the US but really in the world. There is currently a bill before congress attempting to repeal "Obamacare" otherwise known as The Affordable Care Act. Let's look at healthcare in a less complicated manner for a second.

Health Care is not a privilege that should only be afforded to those that can afford it and yet it seems that it's that precise issue the one that is plaguing it. People aspire for affordable care but truthfully it gets more and more out of reach daily. I don't think the problem lies with the costs associated so much as it does with the fact that insurance determines whether or not to pay a physician. I am familiar with this because my father was a physician and he constantly struggled with insurance companies and often they did not comply.

Insurance is the middle man that is supposed to facilitate care and it fails to do it in a regal manner. Now I ask: Is socialized medical care an answer? The answer is a big no. Let's look at the European Union for a quick second. if you look at the rankings of the World Health Organization most countries in the EU fund over 75% of their medical care publicly. Years ago that idea was brought before congress by Hillary Clinton during her husband's administration and it failed miserably.

The problem with socialized medicine is that the system is not executed in a manner that benefits the patient. I know that in the Netherlands which has a WHO ranking of 17 and a European ranking of 14 and  there are big deficiencies. Prescriptions are given and not properly monitored while specialist visits are rarely recommended by primary care physicians. While I respect a PCP I don't understand why one would decide that he or she could do the job of a Neurologist, Gynecologist, or for that matter Cardiologist.

We can avoid the issues plaguing care in the US if we regulate insurance and learn to police their practices as opposed to serving their interests. I also think that the EU system would work far more effectively if a number of specialist visits and proper monitoring of medication was put more effeciently into play. While socialized medicine works through a system of taxation it does not really mean it's effective in nature and practice.

If Obamacare is repealed, which I doubt, we go back to scrambling for a solution to a problem that's spent nearly a half century on the congressional floor. I think that in order to solve the problem people need to educate themselves and understand the definitions of words such as socialism, and terms such necessary taxation medical care.

Let's move on our own behalf because democracy says we can.

LET'S BE STUPID

So there is a petition calling for Piers Morgan to be deported. The petition has gathered well over 30,000 signatures and it is quite possibly the stupidest movement against a single individual since Jesus was crucified. I am not actually comparing Piers Morgan to Jesus so settle down you sanctimonious nancy boys. This whole thing comes on the heels of Piers Morgan taking a strong stance in favor of gun control.

Okay if the morons signing this petition stop and look at what the lack of gun control laws is doing to this country they would not be signing this on the grounds of what they consider an attack on the second amendment. Okay yes we do have the right to bear arms but there is no spot that states anything about killing children and yet that happens every day in this country. Do the laws and freedoms also apply to those intending on comitting crimes?

Piers Morgan is using his platform to try and help a bad situation and because of 30,000 gun loving morons we are looking like an ignorant nation full of gun toting idiots. I also want to quote the second amendment for all the idiots out there "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." This means a militia not a single lunatic. If we can put a man on the moon we should be able to regulate how guns or weapons of any sort are distributed.

I understand accidents happen but you idiots Sandy Hook was not a fucking accident. I seriously abhor ignorance and how it seems to draw so much attention. I don't always agree with Piers Morgan and I find him a bit arrogant at times but this is one thing I agree with him on. I do believe we need to regulate the sale of arms to the public. If Piers Morgan is attacking the rights of Americans then who is protecting the rights of kids that get killed daily through incidents involving gun violence? Who is protecting the rights of innocent victims getting shot during robberies?

Seems like the backers of the second amendment only know how to read that part of the constitution because they are really ignorant to all other parts of it. I say keep Piers Morgan and throw out garbage like Ted Nugent.

A FISCAL CLIFF CONVERSATION

Okay so there was an article about the impending Fiscal Cliff and it was titled "Night Talks: Obama, Boehner Meet on "Fiscal Cliff." I find that particular title disturbing as it makes me think. I wonder what a conversation between the two would sound like late during the night.

OBAMA: Hello John!

BOEHNER: Hello Mr. President.

OBAMA: How are you this evening?

BOEHNER: I am in my pajamas resting, drinking a hot tea with some bread nutella spread all over it.

OBAMA: Sounds lovely John, now we must talk about this fiscal cliff coming up.

BOEHNER: What are you wearing Mr. President?

OBAMA: Black suit, white shirt, red tie. John it is imperative we discuss this cliff.

BOEHNER: That sounds lovely and very handsome on you.

OBAMA: John the top 2% of earners can afford to pay extra taxes.

BOEHNER: Your voice is so beautiful.

OBAMA: What?

BOEHNER: What? I mean you are right they can pay but they should not because future trust fund children will not be able to finance elections as well as now.

OBAMA: John we are killing the middle class.

BOEHNER: Nutella is so sexy, like you.

OBAMA: I am, what?

BOEHNER: I mean that we should re-examine the Reagan economic model.

OBAMA: John have you been smoking Cannabis?

BOEHNER: Want to come over and listen to Gangnam style?

The conversation would go on for several more minutes and nothing would be accomplished leading to another deadlock on the fiscal cliff. In the end this one was caused by Nutella, Gangnam Style, and possibly Cannabis.



CLIFF AHEAD

So now that there are a few days left before the impending financial crisis about to hit the US there are a few interesting questions to be asked. The first question would be: Who is doing their math? I fail to see how taxing the top 2% of earners in the US will represent a blythe for future generations. I think it's laughable how John Boehner claims objectivity while a majority of core voters for the republican party are agreeing with this measure.

I understand that poles represent a sampled microscopic fraction of the population but if almost every tiny fraction you take represents the same picture you have got to start thinking that there is a pattern of sorts emerging. I have to clear up that I am not taking sides but I mean even the Republicans are splintering from within as republicans in congress seem to be down the middle in this issue.

I for one think that the financial well being of present and future generations of Americans needs to be the chief concern of the "leaders" that we elected to serve us. Get to work you ass clowns, the country is tired of waiting and even more tired of excuses.

WHAT MAY HAPPEN TO JEB IN 2016

So now the big early star of the Republican party seems to be Jeb Bush. I happen to think that given the vocal and highly questionable figures currently in the party's national scene Bush seems to be a perfect choice. Jeb Bush is for the most part reserved and has an approachable manner that really draws people in. Over his eight year tenure as Florida Governor Bush was very effective and stood out as a powerful figure in what was a chaotic national scene. While it seemed like his brother would take the spotlight and eventually he would Jeb would slowly emerge as a figure of a different sort.

Bush was very strong as Governor and he made many improvements while in office. Bush may well find himself short in trying to answer for his role in leading his brother to office and the start of eight tumultuous years in the American national scene. The truth is that it takes one act to completely overshadow everything you did that was good and effective.

For all his approvals for higher education in the state of Florida, funding for libraries, and environmental projects Bush is still largely remembered as a key figure in the election of his brother. If Jeb Bush decides to run in 2016 the only factors that may work for him are a thoroughly ineffective second term for Obama and either Biden or a weaker democrat running against him. Outside of those two scenarios Bush would face a very hard climb up the ladder to the White House.
