I personally abhor the past because I just don't see how living in it and attempting to bring it up really add anything positive to the present. I think remember when is an exercise in futility. People love to look back and quite frankly it seems like when they look back they really just do not have the right version of yesterday's happenings.
People will talk about the time when they were special and discovered the cure for cancer but really they just found a good remedy for fevers and colds. Remember when to me is nothing more than just recreating a story with a different ending.
I don't like to remember anything about the past because I like to move forward.
